Led by Dr. Phani Raju, a school leader who has done the work himself

I have led schools under three boards and trained teachers as principal of a B.Ed college. As Vice-Principal of BGS International Academia I worked with the IB on PYP, MYP and DP candidacy and DP authorisation, and with Cambridge on affiliation. At Baldwin International School I implemented the full Cambridge pathway, and I led a 1,200-student CBSE school as principal.

My examination experience as Deputy Controller of Examinations and in university evaluation brings rigour to how schools assess, analyse and improve results.
